Meatball with BBQ Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients

Swiss Bear Smoky BBQ Sauce 500 grams
Cranberry sauce 300 grams
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Smoked paprika powder 1 ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Water 100 grams
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Meatballs 10 nos

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a pot over a medium heat.

STEP 2

Mix well and keep stirring until it simmers.

STEP 3

Remove from heat and set aside to cool before storing in fridge.

STEP 4

Deep fry or oven bake meatball according to packaging.

STEP 5

Place 150g of cranberry BBQ glaze onto a pan and heat on medium heat. Add in meatballs and cook until the sauce thickens.
