Cheese Salsa

Ingredients
| Tomato, diced | 200 grams |
| Onion, diced | 60 grams |
| Garlic, chopped | 15 grams |
| Coriander, chopped | 5 grams |
| Salt and black pepper | ½ tsp |
| Cayenne pepper powder | ¼ tsp |
| Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese | |
| Milk |
STEP 1
Cook onion on medium low heat until fragrant and translucent.
STEP 2
Add in garlic and tomato, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and cayenne pepper powder.
STEP 3
Add in milk and Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese, mix well. Turn the heat to low and bring to simmer while stirring consistently.
STEP 4
Stir in coriander and remove from heat. Serve warm.
