Korean BBQ + Nacho Cheese Duo Wings

Ingredients
Sauce Coating
| Swiss Bear Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce | 20 grams |
| Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce | 20 grams |
| Toasted White Sesame Seeds | 20 grams |
Fried Chicken Wings
| Swiss Bear Original Meat & Seafood Marinade | 20 grams |
| Chicken Wings | 6 pieces |
| Water | 20 grams |
| Potato Starch | 50 grams |
| Plain Flour | 50 grams |
| Black Pepper | 2 grams |
| Sunflower Oil | 500 millilitres |
STEP 1
Marinade wings for two hours in 20 grams of Swiss Bear Original Meat & Seafood Marinade mixed with 20 millilitres of water.
STEP 2
Coat wings in a mixture of potato starch, plain flour and black pepper and deep fry for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
STEP 3
Toss half the wings in Swiss Bear Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
STEP 4
Place the remaining wings on a plate and drizzle with Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce before adding the Spicy Korean wings.
