Cheese Gravy
Ingredients
| Onion, diced | 30 grams |
| Button mushroom, sliced | 40 grams |
| Ready-to-use gravy / brown sauce | 60 grams |
| Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese | 80 grams |
| Sugar | ¼ tsp |
| Black pepper | ¼ tsp |
STEP 1
Saute onion over medium low heat until soft and translucent.
STEP 2
Add in button mushroom and cook for 2 mins or until dry.
STEP 3
Lower the heat, add in the gravy / brown sauce and Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese. Mix until the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat and keep warm.
STEP 4
Serve the sauce on your meat of choice and pasta on the side.
