Cheese Salsa

Ingredients

Tomato, diced 200 grams
Onion, diced 60 grams
Garlic, chopped 15 grams
Coriander, chopped 5 grams
Salt and black pepper ½ tsp
Cayenne pepper powder ¼ tsp
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese
Milk

STEP 1

Cook onion on medium low heat until fragrant and translucent.

STEP 2

Add in garlic and tomato, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and cayenne pepper powder.

STEP 3

Add in milk and Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese, mix well. Turn the heat to low and bring to simmer while stirring consistently.

STEP 4

Stir in coriander and remove from heat. Serve warm.
