Corn Cheese

Ingredients

Frozen/Canned corn 1kg
Butter/margarine 1 tbsp
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese 500 grams
Milk 150 grams
Curry leaves 5 stalks
Salt & pepper To taste
Mozzarella cheese

STEP 1

In a small pan, sauté corn with butter until fragrant.

STEP 2

Add in Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese, milk, and season with salt & pepper if necessary. Mix well and keep stirring until simmer.

STEP 3

Remove from heat and keep warm in a bain-marie.

STEP 4

When serve, scoop out 1 portion and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted if desire.
