Cheese Gravy

Ingredients

Onion, diced 30 grams
Button mushroom, sliced 40 grams
Ready-to-use gravy / brown sauce 60 grams
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese 80 grams
Sugar ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp

STEP 1

Saute onion over medium low heat until soft and translucent.

STEP 2

Add in button mushroom and cook for 2 mins or until dry.

STEP 3

Lower the heat, add in the gravy / brown sauce and Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese. Mix until the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat and keep warm.

STEP 4

Serve the sauce on your meat of choice and pasta on the side.
